Dr. Brzezienski graduated from The Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1987. He completed General Surgery Training at the University of Connecticut, and is board certified in general surgery. His plastic and reconstructive surgery training was taken at the Albany Medical Center in New York. He has been board certified in Plastic Surgery since 1997. He then completed an orthopedic surgery fellowship in hand surgery, and has received a Certificate of Added Qualification in surgery of hand surgery.

Dr. Brzezienski joined The Plastic Surgery Group, PC, and Hayes Hand Center in 1995. He is an active faculty member of the University Of Tennessee College Of Medicine. He currently holds academic appointments as an Assistant Professor of surgery in both the Departments of Plastic and Orthopedic Surgery.

He is a member of numerous local and national medical professional societies including the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. He has played a variety of rolls in organized medicine including President of the Chattanooga Hamilton County Medical Society.

He has a significant interest in breast cancer management and serves as a principle plastic surgery consultant to local breast care centers. He has written on a wide variety of subjects within his field for both local and national publications.

Dr. Brzezienski and his wife, Jayne, live in Ooltewah with their two daughters, Isabella and Alexandra.
