Procedure: Left breast tissue expander acellular dermal matrix and a right breast glandular mastopexy. Left breast Tissue Expander replaced with a 800cc high profile silicone implant and right breast augmentation with 400cc moderate profile silicone implant post mastopexy reduction for matching.
Procedure: Right breast reconstruction with tissue expander and a cellular dermal matrix technique. Tissue expander exchanged wtih a 600 cc high profile smooth silicone device. Contralateral breast augmentation for matching with a 200 cc moderate plus profile smooth silicone implant.
